    Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari recommended).

    Navigate to the platform URL provided by your administrator.

    Log in with your assigned username and password.

    Select your role: Admin, Government Officer, or NGO Partner.

    You will be directed to the main Dashboard after login.

    Admin: Full access to all modules, user management, and system settings.

    Government Officer: Access to dashboard, risk mapping, early warning, and coordination panels.

    NGO Partner: Access to community reports, coordination tasks, and resource tracking.

    Community Reporter: Mobile-only access to submit hazard reports with photos.

    Use the sidebar on the left to switch between modules.

    Click the collapse arrow (◀) at the bottom to minimize the sidebar.

    The red alert banner in the sidebar shows critical active alerts.

    Badge numbers on sidebar items show pending items requiring attention.
